The National Honor Society is sponsoring the Fall Blood Drive on Tuesday, October 26th from 12-6pm. The Red Cross is facing an emergency blood shortage - we need as many people as possible to donate! Students: Check your emails for information regarding fall driver education classroom which will be starting on October 21 at 8:00 a.m. The schedule is included in the form; you must attend all driver’s ed sessions in order to earn your blue card for behind the wheel. Cost is $350. If you have already registered through the form, please see Mr. Schlager for a registration sheet to be signed by your parents.

October is College Knowledge Month and the Counseling Office is sponsoring College related activities. On Wednesdays this month, students and staff are encouraged to wear college gear. Grab a Bingo Card from your BHT teacher or the Counseling office and play for your chance to win college swag. Connect with teachers and school staff to learn more about their college exploration and experiences. See Mrs. Ward for more information!
Juniors and Seniors: U.S. Youth Senate Program- The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) administers the United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP), an annual scholarship competition funded by the William Randolph Hearst Foundation and sponsored by the U.S. Senate. Each year, Minnesota selects two high school juniors or seniors to participate in the USSYP. The delegates receive a $10,000 undergraduate college scholarship and will be part of Washington Week Online. The packet must be postmarked or emailed by midnight on Friday, October 29, 2021. There is a sign up sheet for girls basketball in the office. Anyone interested in joining should sign up (grades 7-12), there will be an informational meeting with the coaches the week of the 18th (more details to come). Everyone is welcome!
Hey Y’All!! We are going to try a change in the night time Homework Help. Sundays are not working for anyone. That day will be switched to Monday.
