I’m Mrs. Becker, and I have a fifth-grade homeroom. This is my second year teaching fifth and sixth grade social studies at Madelia Elementary. Before moving to the upper grades, I taught second grade for two years, kindergarten interventions for one year, and I was a substitute teacher and paraprofessional for several years before that.

I’m married and live in Madelia with my husband and two sons. My children are involved in Hawks activities, and my husband and I help coach some of the youth sports. You can often find me in the bleachers at a Hawks game. If I have spare time, I love to read historical fiction, explore outdoors, go camping, and spend time on the lake.
