Hello!
I’m incredibly excited to be join the Madelia community to teach English at MHS. I am teaching English 9, American Literature (10th grade), and English for the 21st Century (12th grade). I’m looking forward to helping students explore the wonderful things that happen when we connect with stories and use writing to tell OUR stories!
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Luther College in Decorah, IA and am working towards a Masters of Arts in Teaching at MNSU this year.
I have a husband and two children. In my spare time, you can usually find me reading, crocheting, or spending time with my children.
