Activities Director – The Madelia School District is seeking to fill a part-time (full-time with other duties) activities director position beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.
The position is part-time Activities Director and can be combined with part-time teaching or other district duties to equal a full-time position. If seeking teaching duties, candidates must hold a MN license.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sports management, leadership, budgeting, and compliance with state athletic regulations, along with proven experience in overseeing schedules, hiring and supervising coaches, managing budgets, and organizing game-day operations. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and community engagement skills are essential.
