Hi! My name is Mindy Arkell and I am entering my 8th year within the Madelia Public School district. I began in the Elementary School as a paraprofessional and became the secretary shortly after that. I am now entering my 2nd year at the High School  as the Executive Administrative Assistant.

I am married and we have five children. My oldest is 15 and my youngest is 2. I enjoy attending my childrens’ sports events, spending long weekends at our cabin up north and basically anything family oriented.
